We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any item can be returned to us for any reason. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return:
1.If you need to return merchandise, please include a copy of your original invoice. Contact us by email within 48 hours of your reciept of merchandise to let us know what you are returning, the reason for the return and what you would like for us to do.
2. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a cash refund.
3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the merchandise to us along with the original shipping charges, unless we shipped an incorrect product.
4. The item must be returnd in an unused and in sellable condition for a full refund.
If you recieve merchandise that was damaged during shipping, contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours from time of delivery.
AtticWorx Attic respects your privacy. We never sell, or distribute your information in any way. You will not recieve any mass electronic mail from us and you will not recieve any mass standard mail from us.
Florida residents will be charged sales tax.
Most of the pictures belong to AtticWorx. If you see one that you want, please ask.
Some of the pictures belong to other people who have allowed us to use them. If you see one that you want, please ask and we will contact the owner for you.
AtticWorx does ship to most countries by special request. However AtticWorx does not guarantee the delivery or warranty the product on international shipments.
